This website is operated by Bc. Martin Mrva, a self-employed sole trader (živnosť / SZČO) registered in the Slovak Republic, trading under the name Promytheo. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to this business. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the site or place an order.

  1. Online store terms By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using the service.

  2. General conditions We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from us.

  3. Products and pricing All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and product availability at any time without notice. We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly as they appear on the finished item. Some product images are AI-assisted mockups shown as a close visual showcase of the product rather than photographs of the exact item; the product you receive will be very similar to the mockup shown, with slight variation possible in color, proportion, and print appearance.

  4. Made-to-order products Our products are printed and finished individually after you place your order. Production times and shipping estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Because items are made to order, our return terms differ from a traditional retailer, as described in our Refund Policy.

  5. Orders and billing When you place an order you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed, for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  6. Shipping and returns Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms of Service.

  7. Intellectual property All designs, artwork, text, graphics, and logos on this site are the property of Promytheo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
