About Promytheo
Promytheo creates made-to-order home décor, wall art, and apparel inspired by Greek and Egyptian mythology, including desk mats, plush blankets, jigsaw puzzles, t-shirts, and hoodies. Each item is printed and finished individually in the USA after the customer places an order, based on the product and options selected at checkout.
Prices, taxes, and shipping
All prices are shown on the website and confirmed at checkout before payment. Shipping costs, available delivery options, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout where applicable. Promytheo currently ships within the United States only and does not offer international shipping at this time. Because every product is made in the USA, there are no customs duties or import taxes for customers to pay.
Made-to-order products
Because our products are made to order, each item is printed and finished specifically for the customer after an order is placed and is not held as standard stock. Made-to-order products are not eligible for standard returns due to change of mind, buyer's remorse, an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or personal preference regarding the finished item. This does not affect the customer's rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or not as described.
Quality issues and complaints
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at . To help us resolve shipping damage or a defective print quickly, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order where possible. This time frame is a request to help us assist you faster and does not affect your statutory rights. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Intellectual property
All website content, including artwork, product images, text, branding, logos, and designs, belongs to Promytheo or is used with permission. Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content from this website without written permission.
Product images and mockups
Some product images and mockups shown on this website are created using AI-assisted tools and are intended as a close visual showcase of the product, its style, size, format, and presentation. They are not photographs of the exact individual item you will receive. The product you receive will be very similar to the mockup shown. Colors, proportions, and final print appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, print production, material, and product format.
