Because every Promytheo product is made to order and printed just for you in the USA, we handle returns a little differently from a traditional retailer. Please read this policy carefully before you place your order.
Made-to-order items Our products are produced individually after you order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size or color. Please review the product details, size guide, and your selected options carefully before checking out.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or not what you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us at within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we confirm the problem, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Situations we cannot refund
- Buyer's remorse or a change of mind
- The wrong size or color selected at checkout
- Minor color variation caused by your screen settings or the nature of print-on-demand production
- Items reported after the 30 day window has passed
Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Order changes and cancellations Because production can begin quickly, we can only change or cancel an order if it has not yet entered production. Contact us as soon as possible at and we will do our best to help.
