Shipping policy
Where we ship Promytheo currently ships within the United States only. At this time we do not offer international shipping. Because every product is made in the USA, there are no customs fees or import charges to worry about.
Made to order Our products are printed and finished individually after you place your order. Your order moves through two stages before it reaches you: a short production time while your item is made, followed by shipping time in transit.
Processing and delivery time Please allow approximately 2 to 5 business days for production, followed by roughly 2 to 5 business days in transit within the United States. Timeframes are estimates and can vary with product type and destination. The estimate for your specific items and address is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Shipping rates Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking When tracking is available, you will receive it by email once your order is dispatched.
Incorrect addresses Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at and we will help if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit If your order is significantly delayed, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact us at with your order number and we will help resolve it. See our Refund Policy for how we handle damaged or defective items.
