Made to order in the USA
Because each Promytheo piece is printed individually in the USA after you order, there is a short production time before your item ships, followed by delivery time within the United States. The estimated timeframes for your items and address are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Every Promytheo product is made in the USA, so there are no customs or import charges to worry about.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive it by email once your order is dispatched.
Returns & issues
Made-to-order items are produced just for you, so please double-check your size and options before ordering. If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us at promytheo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will help put it right.
